Great hotel, comfortable beds, free onsite parking, good location for our trip, fab staff (the lovely lady on reception upgraded us to a suite with a balcony overlooking the pool just because she could which was an amazing surprise and really made my day after what she didn’t know had been a nightmare hol, I can’t thank her enough), the pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax and unwind, very quiet hotel (they had some renovations going on so don’t think there were alot of guests there at the time but even the renovations themselves never interrupted our stay), onsite restaurant with a small but adequate menu (food was delicious and the staff attentive)

The office manager/clerk who checked me in, at 9:30 p.m., Fridamy, 4/11, meeting my request for a room away from the noise of U.S. 19, professional, caring and in every way top shelf in her approach to that request, made me feel at home. My room was: classic/historic in its appearance, upscale in its surfaces/amenities, squeaky clean; its fit and finishes were just as good as any other hotel I have frequented, several hundred different such places, over the past 55 years of my career.

The location, the breakfast was delicious, with protein, fruits, yogurt, cereal, milk, bread, oatmilk, orange juice, etc

liked that we had a suite, refrigerator, kitchen sink, microwave, couch, 1 television in bedroom, 1 in living room, comfortable bed, balcony with chairs to sit &to look out at pools , & hot tub. We liked the free breakfast, hot coffee when we wanted it.

The beds were very comfortable. Very. And I really liked Brooke who checked me in. She was nice. The room was very tidy and smelled nice.

Room was simple, but comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good, with waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, tatter tots, yogurt, OJ and coffee. I missed having fresh fruit!

I really liked the location, how clean and quiet it was. Without a doubt a very good place to relax. The cleaning people, reception and casino are very friendly. They certainly have excellent staff. Highly recommended and good price. Of course I will return.
